Our Working Criteria

1-The surveillance service work instruction given by the customer must be submitted in writing or the work order must be submitted via the Supervision Services Request Form.

2-The instructions given by the customer must be notified at least 2 business days in advance for the appropriate equipment and organization. Otherwise, PEAK CONTROL cannot be held responsible.

3-In case the instruction is given late, our company cannot be held responsible for the incomplete supervision service.

4- In cases that affect the work of our personnel in the areas where the service is required (Port, Ship, Warehouse, Warehouse, Factory, etc.), the customer is informed in writing. We cannot be held responsible for any negativity the customer may encounter.

5- Surveillance service The results and findings stated in the report are given according to the place and time specified in our report. Information regarding the validity period of our report must also be obtained in writing. Our certificates cannot be copied or reproduced, even partially, without our written permission. It is invalid without a wet signature and stamp. Our company is not responsible for any duplication or damage caused to it.

6-Must provide our customer's information when requested by the official unit. The customer will be informed upon the knowledge and approval of the relevant Official Party.

7- PEAK CONTROL cannot be held responsible for conditions that do not comply with international standards.

8-The company reserves the right to file a legal lawsuit if any damage, alteration or discrediting of the Company is detected in the reported surveillance report.
